                                                                                                      Remodeled Foyer

    The remodeled Living Room and the existing Dining Room which was freshened up.

    A new Pool House was added on axis to the existing Pool. On the right is a new fountain that was added across from the front door.

    The 1920’s garage was remodeled to have 9′ wide doors. On the right is the entry porch to the new Pool House.

    A new terrace was added along the rear of the house.

    Originally the Living Room had a volume ceiling. We added the coffered ceiling when a second floor was added above.

    The walls were thickened and large arched doorways were added from the Living Room to the Gallery. A bar was built-in to this thickened wall and new mahogany french doors open to the new terrace.

    A new raised ceiling with wood trusses and a new window open up this existing Foyer and flood it with daylight.

    A new second floor was added on the left of the front door for two new bedroom suites. The front door became more formal with a precast concrete surround.
