The owners of this Brentwood Country Estate wanted a design that combined 1920-30's Palm Beach Mediterranean with the classicist version of Moorish Spanish style.  The grandeur and open air features of these two design styles served the owners’ additional need for large indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces.  

To that end, the builder, JD Group, began the first step of the construction process by digging out and creating an underground garage which helped to maximize the spaces on the ground level. As the Project Architect, Dee’s role required expertise and nuance to develop the exterior and interior elevations and details and marry the owner's desire for style and the practical demands that accompany a passion for large scale entertaining.
