Santa Monica Remodel

I was brought onto this project north of Montana to upgrade the exterior of an existing house and transform it into a New England style home. The owner wanted to keep it clean and unfussy and our goal was to create  the Audrey Hepburn of Cape Cod.

We added porches to both the front and rear of the house, clad the exterior with Artisan Hardy siding and gave the eaves a completely new configuration. Pared down Chippendale railings, slate pavers on the porch floors and black iron lanterns were the finishing touches.
